On July 18, Huo Xingzhou, Southeast Asia Regional Manager of our company, along with colleagues, visited the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) and the Department of Land Transport (DLT) of Thailand. The discussions focused on Thailand’s policies, regulations, certification requirements, and trends in technical standards for new energy vehicles (NEVs) and components, as well as our company’s Pathways and mechanisms for collaboration between overseas technical service providers and regulatory authorities.
During the meeting, our company highlighted its service capabilities and international resources, including:
·
Authorization as a Technical Service (TS) by both EU and Russian regulatory bodies, enabling the issuance of ECE/R certification reports and documents for vehicles and components.
·
An in-house EMC testing laboratory in China, equipped to conduct tests for multiple international standards such as R155/R156, serving global clients.
·
Commitment to providing one-stop solutions, including certification agency services, regulatory consulting, and local resource coordination, to support Chinese and international automakers entering the Thai market.
·
TISI and DLT expressed strong interest in our proposed collaboration directions and service models. Preliminary agreements were reached on future cooperation in areas such as certification coordination, testing collaboration, and technical seminars.
We will continue to strengthen ties with relevant Thai authorities and industry partners, delivering efficient and professional support for the compliant entry of NEVs and key components into the Southeast Asian market.
