On July 18-19, the mid-year sales conference of Yare Group, themed "Integration, Refinement, and Acceleration," was successfully held. Tan Xinchun, Deputy General Manager of Yare Technology, along with sales managers and representatives from various subsidiaries, gathered not only to review the efforts of the past six months and outline the blueprint for the second half of the year but also to further enhance team cohesion and employee engagement.
The conference began with a welcome speech by Tan Xinchun, Deputy General Manager of Yare Technology, while Li Ning, General Manager of Yare Components, hosted the morning session. Tan Xinchun introduced the purpose of the conference and expressed hopes to strengthen team unity through this event. This was followed by an ice-breaking session, where sales representatives from the subsidiaries took turns introducing themselves, quickly integrating into the Yare team and sharing their future goals to strive for the achievement of the annual targets.
The afternoon session featured speeches by sales managers from the subsidiaries. They reviewed the performance achievements of the first half of the year and shared their insights on work and management processes, offering suggestions for more efficient management and the attainment of the annual sales targets. This session was not only a review of past work but also aimed to cultivate long-term work thinking among newly joined sales colleagues, firmly rooted in the conference theme of "Integration, Refinement, and Acceleration."
Similarly, the conference focused not only on enhancing the business capabilities of the sales team but also on fostering team integration. At the end of the event, awards were presented to sales representatives who had achieved outstanding personal performance in the first half of the year.
On July 19, attendees visited the Xin'an River Scenic Area, where various team-building activities further strengthened the sense of mission and cohesion, injecting new momentum for the challenges of the second half of the year.
